Initially there would be a FREE consultation where we’ll discuss your current lifestyle, how you would like to change it and how personal training can help.

What are your goals, what are your likes, dislikes, do you have any particular requirements?

Where are you now and where would you like to be with your health & fitness?

When you’re happy to go ahead I’ll design a personalised training plan that will help you to get fit, lose weight and feel great.

The program will be designed to feel enjoyable, because if it’s not fun your motivation will soon drop off, so I’ll keep it fresh by tracking how you’re doing and changing things if need be. As your fitness improves your plan will be adapted to achieve your goals and with access to a huge variety of equipment your progress will never plateau.

Ideally to hit your goals you should aim for a minimum of 3 sessions of exercise per week (they don’t all have to be PT sessions with me) and look at your fitness progression as a 3 – 6 month project that then becomes part of your new lifestyle. However I know this is sometimes impossible to organise around busy lifestyles so I’m quite happy to offer other plans to suit you?

There are a number of ways I can help with your training needs.

  1. ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES | A personalised nutrition and training plan geared to improving your diet and fitness.
  2. GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS | Getting fitter with your friends or family is a great way to train as it always provides extra motivation as the competitor in you emerges and you benefit from the group discount rates.

…..to your home, down to your office, or we can do some outdoor sessions?

Or…..if it’s a gym you prefer then we can train from a private studio only used by a few PT’s and their clients, which means it never gets too busy like most places do?
